We often say that yoga becomes so much more than movement — especially for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. As two former corporate women turned yoga studio owners, now moving through this phase of life ourselves, it felt inevitable that our paths would align with Blueberry Therapy and the incredible work of Kristin Parise.
Kristen has spent years creating space for honest, evidence-based conversations around women’s health, pelvic health, sexuality, menopause, and the topics so many women were taught to stay quiet about. Through her clinic, podcast, courses, and now The Pleasure Principle Conference, she continues to help women feel informed, supported, and less alone.
At Modo Yoga Hamilton, we see every day how deeply women are craving connection, movement, nervous system support, and community during this stage of life. That’s why supporting initiatives like The Pleasure Principle feels so aligned with our mission. We are so grateful to have been involved and proud to stand beside women who are advancing conversations around health, healing, and quality of life for women everywhere.
A huge thank you as well to all of the amazing Modo Yoga Hamilton volunteers who helped support the event that day. Community is everything. ❤️
