💻 Sitting all day doesn’t have to mean stiffness and aches.
Here are 3 simple desk stretches to reset your posture and release tension — without leaving your workstation. 🙌

✨ Try them now:
1. Twist Away Tension (Seated Spinal Twist)
- Sit tall in your chair.
- Place your right hand on the back of the chair, left hand on thigh.
- Inhale to lengthen, exhale to gently twist. Hold 20–30 sec each side.

2. Reverse the Hunch (Chest Opener)
- Sit or stand tall.
- Clasp hands behind your back (or hold chair sides).
- Lift your chest and squeeze shoulder blades together. Hold 20 sec.

3. Free Your Hips (Standing Lunge Stretch)
- Stand beside your desk.
- Step one leg back into a small lunge.
- Tuck your hips under and hold 20–30 sec per side.
