Since joining us in 2022, we’ve watched you grow so much, not just in strength, but in confidence and determination! From your first 135 lb deadlift to a smooth 235 lbs… from 0 pushups on your toes to 25 with excellent form… from 7 squats at 50 lbs to 8 at 185 lbs… and even doubling your plank time!!
We’re so proud of you and the hard work you’ve put in. While we’re sad to say goodbye, we’re excited for all that’s ahead for you, and we’ll be cheering you on every step of the way. 💛
