A minor ailment is a common health issue that is usually short-term, non-serious, and can be easily diagnosed. Think conditions like:

Today is all about women’s heart health. ♥️

Did you know heart disease is the number one killer of women across the globe?

And yet, women are still drastically under-studied and under-diagnosed…so much so that in over 50% of women, heart attack symptoms go unrecognized!

Women experience different symptoms than those more commonly known. Sure, they’re likely to experience the painful burning sensation in their chest, sweating and pain in their right arm and jaw, but women also experience:

- Shortness of breath
- Indigestion or nausea
- Extreme fatigue
- Sleeping disturbances
- Dizziness
