This one is an excuse most of us often use: "Not having time."
The truth is..we are all busy, with full schedules and lots of things and people to take care of. But don't let yourself slip off that list of things and people to take care of. Scheduling your workouts can make "making time" to workout a little easier.
Just like you make time to brush your teeth in the morning, it is beneficial to take the same approach of "making time" for your workouts and classes.
