I suppose this is nature's way of saying I need to grow stinging nettle. It showed up today in with my jade plant. I gently touched it and felt the tingling into my fingers.
It has been relocated to its own pot.

My Aloes had babies. This is the giveaway of the day. Stop by while they last. I usually wait until spring to repot plants but these were in need now.

I love getting old books. The best is when you find little treasures hidden inside. Today I found this poem by Taqore that someone had handwritten.

I am now booking herbal wellness visits for January. As the new year approaches and as the schedule settles down it is a good time to think about self care. Just like my plants you need tending to. We are complex beings with a physical body integrated into mind and spirit. We have an entire universe planted into our bodies and need to work at keeping a constant balance to maintain our health.
