Reflexology is a great reset for your nervous system. It facilitates balance and helps the body and mind release stress and tension. It promotes relaxation and calm, decreases inflammation, aids in the detoxification process and boosts circulation. I can’t say enough about this modality that I have been practicing for 15 years and love so, so much 💚👣
