A Mini Retreat - Discover ways to stay grounded and centered. The horses will help you learn to connect in with your energy and the energy of others through observations and body scans. Use this energy awareness to sense & set boundaries. We will also discuss the use of certain herbs to protect your energy as well as your treatment room or personal space. Each participant will receive a handmade tool to support and protect your energy. You will leave this workshop more connected to yourself and others - and better equipped to protect your energy in every day life.
Space is limited to 6 participants to keep this experience intimate and meaningful.
