Due to inclement weather, Stonechurch Family Health Centre will be closed today, Thursday, February 13th.

If you had an IN PERSON appointment today, a member of our team will be contacting you to reschedule or have the appointment changed to a phone appointment.

Assuming weather conditions improve, we will reopen Friday February 14.
