The INWARD/OUTWARD workbook just got a glow-up! This edition features a few new additions to this body of work that I created last year. The workbook outlines practices and tools that I've personally used (and continue to resource!) for my own healing and better relating.

It's been an amazing year for sharing this work with folks and finding new ways to meet more parts of ourselves, with the hope that we can show up in full awareness in our relationships and in the pursuit of collective liberation.

I'm excited to be presenting INWARD/OUTWARD in its entirety with a cohort starting this week! And I'll be sharing snippets of this work to folks at and .

Our Story

GOODBODYFEEL is a mindful movement studio in Hamilton, Ontario.

Here at GOODBODYFEEL, we’re interested in building self-awareness, strength and community by creating accessible, inclusive and decolonized movement classes.

Our studio is community considerate and socially engaged. Every one is welcome, no one is priced out and we are ACTIVELY creating reform in how “fitness” studios and for-profit-businesses can serve all communities. We have daily classes that are offered on a sliding scale. We create exclusive and safer spaces for marginalized folks. We eagerly collaborate on projects outside of what is typically found at movement studios.
