It is our pleasure to introduce the David Braley Sport Medicine and Rehabilitation Centre located on McMaster University main campus. Our newly renovated 6000 square foot facility specializes in Sport Medicine and Orthopedics and is open to community clients for all of their rehabilitation needs. The following services are also open to all clients including those coming from the community:

David Braley Sport Medicine & Rehabilitation Centre features a strength and conditioning/return-to-play area where our therapists will work with clients to develop their strength programs using new plyometric equipment and sport specific flooring such as artificial turf and court flooring! We’re excited to welcome Dr. Telford to the McMaster David Braley Sport Medicine & Rehabilitation Centre.

With a background as a collegiate athlete and training in physical therapy, family medicine, and sport & exercise medicine, she brings experience from NCAA Division I athletics, professional sports, and international events.

Dr. Telford has a special interest in musculoskeletal injuries, concussion management, and ultrasound-guided procedures, and is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they love.
