Feeling incredibly grateful to receive the 2026 BIA Award of Excellence from the City of Hamilton and the International Village BIA.

A big thank you to the - to Susie, Brendan, Herb, and the whole team - for the work you do in supporting local businesses and for this award. It really means a lot to have the care we put into this space recognized and celebrated.

Circle Studios has always been about more than just classes - it’s about creating a space people feel good walking into, where they can take care of themselves, connect, and build meaningful relationships along the way. It’s been built with heart from day one, and this feels like a reflection of that.

Sound Healing with Energy Flow
Saturday January 24th
From 7-9pm | $35
Join us for an evening of Sound Healing with Energy Flow with Nadia Ishmail from Stone and Shadow.

We begin with mindful breathing and grounding exercises while becoming self aware to move into body mapping. This exercise will allow each participant to understand how our bodies respond to stress, trauma, grief and joy. As we move into our Sound Bath, Crystal Bowl Sound will connect with everyone in a different way. These sessions can be liberating and emotional but know that our practitioner is fully trained and experienced in guiding you through these moments.

Our session will conclude with open time to share experiences and ask questions. Nadia is experienced in intuitive guidance where personal messages may be provided with tips on moving forward in your self care practice and healing journey.

In this workshop, we will set intentions for the months/years to come, connecting with intuition and the power of images. A vision board is a visual representation of intentions, goals and plans for the future. In accessing images, we create a roadmap for the future and visual reminders of the kind of energy + experiences we are seeking.

Kids Aerial Yoga for Ages 6-12
Saturday’s in January (2 class series)

10-11:30am (90mins)
Last Saturday 2 part series starts this weekend.
January 24th + 31st



$50 / child for each 2 class series

7 hammocks + space for 7 kids.

A fun fusion of yoga postures done in yoga hammocks. The beautiful silks hang hip height in a hammock style so there is easy access to the floor. The fabric acts as a safe prop to assist the body in opening and relaxing while your weight is completely supported by the fabric in a zero-gravity situation. The fabric can be opened wide to lie inside or bunched together to sit, stand or support in stretching. We learn yoga poses, flips, tricks and how to move into all of these postures safely. Kids will learn co-ordination and trust. They will develop strength, stamina & flexibility. There are numerous zero-gravity benefits including decompression, improved circulation, skeletal and nervous system health as well as joint mobility. Plus kids LOVE playing in the silks!

You must register for this class in advance online. No drop-ins.

Tarot tells us the story, or path we are on, as the leader of our life. In this workshop, we broke down the mystical and became the center of the magic.
