Congratulations to our newest featured Rob Dionne Athlete’s of the Month, brothers Nick and Ryan Riddle! A well-deserved recognition of their outstanding dedication to rehabilitation and their genuine love of sports.
Nick, at just 11 years old, demonstrates exceptional commitment both on and off the field as a member of the U12 Niagara North Stars hockey team, a summer lacrosse player with the NOTL Thunderhawks, and a participant in a ball hockey league. His positive attitude toward training—particularly his enthusiasm for working with Matt and Darius—reflects his strong work ethic and determination to continually improve. Beyond athletics, Nick’s curiosity and creativity shine through his interests in geography, travel, and school subjects such as art, physical education, science, and social studies. A devoted brother and proud owner of his dog Rory, Nick balances his active lifestyle with a great sense of humour, and enjoying movies like Ace Ventura.
Nick’s passion, perseverance, and well-rounded character make him a truly deserving Athlete of the Month.
Ryan, at just 10 years old, is an impressive multi-sport athlete who participates in hockey, baseball, and lacrosse. He plays hockey as a right wing for the Niagara North Stars U11 team, which is also his favourite sport, and competes in summer lacrosse with the Niagara Thunderhawks. In baseball, Ryan demonstrates versatility by playing first base, center field, and pitcher. His commitment to rehab, particularly his positive attitude and hard work with Matt and Darius, highlights his determination and enthusiasm for continual improvement. Outside of sports, Ryan enjoys physical education at school, spending time with his older brother Nicholas and his dog Rory.
