This is what it means to be Canadian. In contrast to what's happening south of the border it's great to see provincial and federal collaboration to help each other out in this. Thank you Alberta! You can be sure as Ontario's PPE manufacturing starts we will be sending supplies to you and all other provinces and territories who need it.

https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/edmonton/alberta-to-send-personal-protective-equipment-to-ontario-quebec-b-c-1.5529989

Premier Jason Kenney announced Alberta will send medical supplies to other provinces as the provincial total for COVID-19 cases hit 1,569.

I'm enjoying seeing so many people running these days, it's great exercise. If you are new to running (or returning to it for this first time in a while) you need to gradually introduce or increase your running to avoid injury. Consider keeping runs short, run/walk, and run every second or third day. Slowly increase the amount of running you do over the weeks, this way you will enjoy it and avoid injuries.

Hi, given the special circumstances we find ourselves in Massage Therapy has been temporarily suspended in Ontario. We're all doing our part to flatten the curve and make a difference.

What I can help with now is if you are having trouble with headaches, neck pain, low back, shoulders, hips, etc, we can set up a video appointment and I can show you some techniques, exercises, and give you advice that will help you. Call or leave me a personal message and I'll be in touch.

Stay healthy and safe. We can do this. We can all make a difference.

Looking forward to seeing you back in my office before too long!

If you habitually touch your face, rub your eyes you have an opportunity to get out of that pattern. We can also improve our hand washing skills too. It's regular cold and flu season.

We are movement. When it's going well we take it for granted. And when it's not, it can be addressed and improved. We maintain our cars and homes so they are at their best, maybe it's a good idea to do the same with our bodies.

Love it when a new client is also an experienced Adirondack hiker and brought me 2 maps and a guidebook. I learn something new from every person I get to work with. T-minus 2 weeks until views like these again.

How to keep cool: Is a fan always good? Does a cold drink actually cool you down? And if you're over 60 you aren't able to sweat as much so heat will stress you sooner. Great article and radio segment from the CBC.

https://www.cbc.ca/radio/thecurrent/after-deadly-2018-heatwave-montreal-scientists-are-working-on-science-of-keeping-cool-1.5209478

We visit a heat lab in Montreal, where scientists are testing the tricks we all use to keep cool. They're looking for the science behind how we cope when the mercury is rising.
