Therapy often involves looking closely at pain, patterns, and what isn’t working. That focus can be important - especially early on.💫

At the same time, sustained attention on problems can unintentionally amplify distress and leave people feeling stuck or discouraged.😣

This isn’t about avoiding hard work or forcing positivity. It’s about pairing insight with intention — staying oriented toward what you’re building, not only what you’re trying to reduce.

Her kindness, calm presence, and natural ability to connect make every client feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. She’s endlessly curious, a beautiful conversationalist, and brings so much intention and joy to the work she does in the mental health field.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find her riding her bike, exploring new places, or moving her body through yoga, hikes, and strength training- always embracing life with the same warmth she brings to our space.
