Because real life isn’t a controlled study.
It’s missed lunches, late meetings, kids’ dinners, exhaustion, and then the moment where food feels impossible to navigate.
Most nutrition advice tells you what to eat.
Very little helps you understand what’s happening in your body when structure falls apart.
I don’t need another list of “good foods.”
I need tools that show patterns, protect muscle, support appetite regulation, and offer information without judgment, especially on the messy days.
That’s why I built a system that prioritizes clarity over compliance.
Not perfection. Orientation.
Because when a Tuesday goes sideways, you deserve insight, not shame.
