We house 51 residents from various cultural backgrounds; each resident individualized with their own history and story.

✨ What an unforgettable day for everyone at HCC! ✨
Today, excitement filled the air as we received the BIG news — our small but mighty 51-bed home is growing into a stunning 512-bed community called The Village of Fennel Ridge! 🏡💫

This is more than just growth — it’s the beginning of a bold new chapter. We can’t wait to embark on this amazing journey together and watch our mighty Village thrive and expand beyond imagination!🌱

Wednesday’s **Carnival of Connection** was more than just fun — it was a beautiful reminder of what makes our Village so special. ❤️

Residents, team members, and leaders came together to share laughter, play games, win prizes, and create memories that will stay with us for a long time.

The sun was shining, but the real brightness came from the smiles, the joy, and the genuine connections made throughout the day.

We’re so grateful for every moment, every laugh, and every splash. 💦 Thank you to everyone who made it unforgettable.

🌿✨ Yesterday, our residents at HCC spent a magical day surrounded by nature at the Royal Botanical Gardens! From taking in the stunning waterfalls to breathing in the sweet scent of blooming hydrangeas, every moment was filled with beauty, laughter, and unforgettable memories. 💐

What a day to remember! 💚🌿
On Tuesday, June 10, we hosted our very own event at Myrtle Park — and what an incredible day it was!

We were thrilled to welcome Simoni Lawrence from the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, the amazing Hamilton Police Service (and their super adorable horses may we add) and David from the Hamilton Arts Council. Together with our wonderful residents, we shared laughter, life stories, and wisdom that spanned generations — from skydiving adventures to favorite foods and timeless advice.

It wasn’t just about coming together — it was about celebrating the heart of our Village and the voices that make it so special.
