We house 51 residents from various cultural backgrounds; each resident individualized with their own history and story.

The holiday spirit was truly alive at HCC ✨🎄 Our Christmas party brought our village together for an evening filled with joy, laughter, and heartfelt moments 🤍 Residents were treated to a special holiday menu and wrapped up the night with beautiful entertainment by our amazing friend Paula 🎶 It was a celebration full of cheer and togetherness that we’ll never forget ✨

Our residents had a great time at the Mum Show at Gage Park. They got to see thousands of different flowers and incredible artwork made out of flowers! The beautiful blooms brought so much joy and really lifted everyone’s spirits! 💐🌼🌺🌷😊

A little bit of sunshine and a whole lot of smiles at the Dutch Mill Market today in Dundas! Residents bought fresh fruits, lunch and many sweet treats from the bakery. Perfect weather, perfect company, perfect Market day! 💐🍪😊🍎

🌞 What a fun way to start the morning—with a special visit from our friends at Triple C Farm! 🐐🐑🐇🐴 Our residents and team were all smiles as we welcomed the cutest little farm crew: playful goats, fluffy bunnies, a gentle alpaca, a mini horse, sheep, and even a mini donkey! 🥰💛 The joy and laughter they brought into our Village was unforgettable. It’s safe to say mornings don’t get much better than this! 🌿✨

Lions and lemurs and turtles—oh my! 🦁🐢🐒 The other day, our amazing residents and team took a walk on the wild side at the Killman Zoo! 🐾 From watching majestic lions up close to giggling at playful lemurs and meeting slow-and-steady turtle friends, it was a day full of smiles, sunshine, and unforgettable memories. ☀️🦓🦉 We even made a few furry (and scaly!) new friends along the way. 🥰 Big thanks to the Killman Zoo for the incredible experience—we’re still roaring with excitement! 🎉✨

Today, excitement filled the air as we received the BIG news — our small but mighty 51-bed home is growing into a stunning 512-bed community called The Village of Fennel Ridge! 🏡💫

This is more than just growth — it’s the beginning of a bold new chapter. We can’t wait to embark on this amazing journey together and watch our mighty Village thrive and expand beyond imagination!🌱

Residents, team members, and leaders came together to share laughter, play games, win prizes, and create memories that will stay with us for a long time.

The sun was shining, but the real brightness came from the smiles, the joy, and the genuine connections made throughout the day.

We’re so grateful for every moment, every laugh, and every splash. 💦 Thank you to everyone who made it unforgettable.
