I was working today and realized that this week marked 25 YEARS of being a Registered Massage Therapist. Sometimes it's still hard to believe that is has truly been that long, while other days my body helps me remember it really has been 😆.

As I take a moment to reflect on all the changes over the last two and a half decades I smile thinking of all the amazing clients that I have met and treated, some for a short time, while others have become long time friends. As well as all the truly caring, and talented colleagues that I have had the opportunity to treat alongside, again, some becoming true friends.

My practice has been along for the ride through 5(!!) locations, two maternity leaves, and many life changes. I sit here and think that things have come full circle as my first job was at a Wellness Clinic, and my latest move this year was to another Wellness Centre.

Thank you to all of my clients, past, present, and future for enriching my life I hope half as much as you have all added to mine. A big thank you as well to Emilie, Aiden and Dan who continue to support me each and everyday 💖

Hello Everyone! I just wanted to update everyone that the fees for Massage Therapy will be going up as of September 1st. The prices are inclusive (include) of the HST, so this is the final price.

1 hour-$110
45 minutes- $85
1/2 hour- $75

I will continue to offer the discount for seniors (65+) and for children under $18.
