Courage And Soul - Reiki & Wellness Services has officially been voted Platinum Winner for Reiki in Hamilton Community Votes 2026. ✨

What began during some of the hardest seasons of my life has grown into something so meaningful.

Courage and Soul was created to be a space rooted in healing, compassion, presence, and community. To now see this work recognized in this way feels incredibly special.

Thank you to every person who has trusted me with their healing, attended a workshop or course, booked a session, shared my work, voted, or simply supported from near or far over the years.

None of this would exist without you, and I’m deeply grateful for this community and everyone who continues to be part of this journey.

On June 7, I’m co-hosting The Radiant Woman Workshop with Corinne Van Kampen a gentle, supportive space for those whose lives have been touched by cancer.

This is an intimate gathering designed to help you reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe and grounded.

The Radiant Woman Workshop is a cancer support workshop in Waterdown. A small-group experience with guided reflection, release practices, sound bath and Reiki facilitated by Michelle Hewson and Corrine Van Kampen.
