We start off our series Tuesday Sept 17th @ 7 pm EST with our VIP Introduction to Oils Class.
This is where you will learn so much about the oil basics plus new guests will be able to get in on some free oils!! Great for beginners and experts alike! ALWAYS something to learn!!
Then class # 1 out of 8 starts on the following Tuesday Sept 24th @ 7 pm and we will continue on consecutive Tuesdays at 7 pm until we complete all 8 classes 🙂
These are fun and informative and you can choose to have your camera on or off - chime in or don't with comments - totally up to you with no pressure - just fun, learning and sharing!! 🙂
Classes will run for 1 hour.
These classes will address things you can incorporate in all areas of your life to help you naturally do, be and feel better 🙂
There will be a 10 minute session after each oil class that you are welcomed to stay for that explains just a little bit behind the 'business' side of the oils. Learn how you can make a residual income stream by simply sharing the oils with others.

The honest consequences of sleep loss 🧸
😴 Excessive Daytime Sleepiness: Feeling persistently tired or drowsy during the day, regardless of the amount of sleep obtained at night.
😴 Difficulty Falling Asleep: Persistent difficulty initiating sleep or lying awake for extended periods before falling asleep can indicate underlying sleep issues such as insomnia.

😴 Difficulty Concentrating: Difficulty concentrating, focusing, or maintaining attention during daily activities can result from inadequate or poor-quality sleep over an extended period.
