Great news for those that don’t exercise regularly and that say “I just don’t have the time”. You definitely can find the time to do less, but more often!

This study had individuals do 6 bicep curls 5 times a week, and another group do 30 only once a week for 4 weeks.

The first group showed the greatest increase in strength.

Now, if you are someone that exercises regularly you will need to increase your efforts and intensity to see the gains you are looking to achieve. 😉 However, small wins daily will help you keep the momentum during periods when training time is limited.
