I have committed and almost finished myself to a morning meditation for 90 days with an accountability partner. We will keep going as we both have found so much benefit. We are calmer, more present, less anxious content, and feel expansive. Meditation, along with yoga, every day helps you master whatever life throws at you.

Happy Valentine's Day!  Today is a day we celebrate Love for others - partners, friends, children, family. But this year, I invite you to turn your attention inward and honor and love you. 

You are the only person who will be with you for every breath and moment of your life. How often do we celebrate our relationship with ourselves?

This Valentines Day: Give yourself a gift of self Love❤️

It may look like going for a walk in nature, taking a bubble bath, meditating on self-love, or reading a great book.  Speaking kindly to ourselves and letting go of any negative or criticizing thoughts about yourself and replacing it with words of compassion and encouragement, self love. 

Honoring your body and soul. Nourishing yourself with good food, laughter, bringing the light of who you are into your heart.

When you fall in love with yourself, you radiate love out into the world and inspire others to do the same, creating a ripple effect of self acceptance and joy.

Remember, we are all worthy of love simply because we exist.

So this Valentines promise to Love and cherish yourself.  Every flaw, every strength, every part of your magnificent being that you are.

Taking the time to nurture, appreciate, and celebrate ourselves makes a profound difference in how we show up in the world.

Reflection- Magical weekend at Grail Springs retreat and spa.
The lake was so calm and peaceful. It immediately melted all stress and tension from my body and gave me time to reflect on life.
With healthy vegan food, detox, nature hike to the crystal cove twice, meditation, cold plunge, hot tub and saunas and beautiful people and talks on letting go and yoga, it all made space inward for deep connection. ✨️
Setting new intentions and listening to guidance.
Opening heart and mind and bringing this beautiful peaceful energy back home with me.
Retreats are such a sweet way to reset and recharge.

I look forward to creating new retreats and life in 2025.

Join me for a Yoga Nidra deep relaxation and guided meditation with candlelight and calming music.
During this session, you will be guided through a body scan to calm the nervous system and activate the parasympathetic ( relaxation, rest ,and digest) response , which is so needed in these current times.

I have found this practice very healing and calming, so I am able to walk through my days in a more peaceful way with more awareness and less fatigue and stress. It can also help to enhance your sleep, boost your mood and calm the racing mind.

I read this recently and realized how important it is to take time to "BE". There is so much happening in the world, and it can be overwhelming. Taking time to retreat and go inward - pausing- Being is a beautiful way to true happiness. You realize that the life unfolding in front of you is happening, and the way you process and store this stuff is what is so important.

At my retreats, we take time to explore what is inside us and learn to relax and let go with compassion. They more we let go, which is a process, the more peace, harmony, and inspiration we feel. I am very excited for the Fall Equinox retreat next weekend and hope you will take the time to yourself to Be, let go and find that inner peace within you.

🌷💞♾️💜. I also have a womens soul circle this Wednesday evening. Come and explore. We will meditate, have a discussion and movement- ending with a yoga nidra that will leave you feeling peaceful and rested.
