It’s summer… yes time for yoga in the park. Gage Park 6:30 pm / Tuesday evenings- check us out.
East End Yoga
I love seeing the students come to the mats in the park with smiles on their faces , as we watch the sunset during our yoga class !

Here are some pics from after our class, why not stroll through the park and get a few more steps in before a deep sleep. I really feel the gardens this year look especially wonderful. Thank you city of Hamilton garden staff- we appreciate what you do.

A wonderful lady who started coming to yoga classes - with East End Yoga- when it was in the basement of my house, she followed me when the classes moved to Pioneer Memorial United Church basement- and came to every class for about 10-12 years.

Joan Corsini was an inspiration to so many, as she could do every pose- worked till the age of 79 in an office. Brought her lovely granddaughter Nicole to class whenever she could.

Amazing start to our day today.
Attending the Women with Passion and Purpose Conference 2025.

The life stories and impact on women- really had us listening to every word. I think everyone at this event- left feeling touch- and opened our eyes towards gratitude- each women there- learned they all have something to offer and each person matters.

I was fortunate enough to attend the event with nine other amazing women, many yoga, students, and friends of East End yoga.

I celebrate all of these women and what they have brought into my life .

Thank you Rosita Hall and your incredible organzing team -

I hope each of you will find something every day to give thanks and gratitude for in your lives.
Each woman matters !
