This is an invitation for online Yoga Nidra sessions.
Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation/meditation. It calms your nervous system into parasympathetic dominance that is similar to pre-sleep rest. All you have to do is to be in your comfortable position (often in a laying down position but could be seated, standing, or even in walking) and follow my voice. I will guide you through different levels of your being (i.e. body, breath, and mind) to help you go deep into relaxation and meditation. You will be both awake and deeply relaxed at once.
Not only as a part of yoga sessions, Yoga Nidra is also used in therapeutic settings with people suffering from their past traumatic experiences.
A session will take approximately 1 hour (the guided meditation will be roughly about 30-40 minutes). The same fee for the CJCC Thursday Evening Yoga will apply but in May and June 2025 (total 10 sessions for me) I will offer sessions for free.

I am also offering private yoga therapy sessions either online or in-person. I will help you move with reduced compensations or without compensatory movement, by looking at your movement by how your parts relate to each other and utilising the principles of the ancient wisdom of yoga. The clients I have seen so far have increased ease in their movement, range of motion, reduced their pain, and improved their sleep.
