With spring around the corner we are all eager to get outside and enjoy the nice weather, maybe return to the activities we love and enjoy!
That being said we might be carrying some niggling injuries, stiff/tight muscles or want a way to warm up.
Try these stretches to help loosen things up before you get out there and enjoy your activities!
1.) Neck Clock
2.) Rhomboid Doorway/Post Stretch
3.) Hamstring Stretch
4.) Figure 4/ Piriformis Stretch
Remember to move slowly into and out of your stretch position while holding it for up to 30 seconds.
Each stretch should be done pain-free!
