Specifically----DoTerra Essential Oils !! I started just like everyone else... a problem to solve and a bit skeptical that essential oils was the answer. My husband has had insomnia since well before I met him. He would toss and turn and turn and toss all night long...finally falling asleep some where around 4am. I went to a friends house-- to an essential oil class. It was there that I learned t
hat there was an oil blend that was called Sleepy Time. I was so excited but still reluctant that this was going to be the answer. I rolled the oil blend up and down my husbands spine, rubbed it in... and a few minutes after the lights were turned out he was asleep. I then learned of a recipe using the oils to ease snoring! Put a dab on the bottom of my foot-- PRESTO. It worked! My daughter has a terrible time with menstrual cramps and mood swings every month.. (I am sure she will not be pleased about me sharing this fact on facebook...lol)
