In her before, we saw midface volume depletion, early tissue descent, and subtle lower face heaviness caused by loss of collagen and bony support.

When she came to us, her masseter muscles were hypertrophic, creating visible width through the lower third of her face.

🧱 This strong lateral muscle bulk, combined with a slightly under-projected chin, made her jawline appear heavier and less tapered from the front.

We used Dysport to relax the masseters, which reduces muscle contraction, gradually decreasing muscle volume over time.
