Hi, I’m Tara. I’m one of the therapists at Locke Psychotherapy. My work is centred around creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood.
I work with people who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or stuck — whether that’s anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, relationship challenges, or navigating major life changes.
My approach to therapy is client-centred and collaborative. That means we move at your pace, focus on what matters most to you, and work together to build insight, confidence, and practical tools for everyday life.
I draw from evidence-based approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy, always tailoring our work to your unique needs.
