π This Sunday join me to Re-nourish and renew morning retreat at Aviva Yoga Studio. We will work on balancing and nourishing our chakras centres and open your heart. β€οΈ
We will greet the day with an introduction, guided arriving meditation and a chakra yoga class to re-nourish our body and spirit, teachings on awareness and making a morning routine to align you to your dreams, also restorative yoga nidra practices, journaling, healthy snacks, connect with other women and time for yourself to Be. π. Its a full morning of nourishing yourself.

No experience required- Yoga & Meditation are for beginners and experienced.
