Spring registration open + Important studio update ✨

This time last year...

We are coming up to one year and it is wild to think that the gym was in this state this time last year.

Over this past year, we have learned so much. With that growth has also come some growing pains. Now that we have been in the building for a full year, we have a much clearer understanding of the true costs of operating the space.

We remain deeply committed to our mission of making overall health as accessible as possible. To help us continue doing that in a sustainable way, we will be making a slight moderate price increase, effective April 1. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support. We are so grateful to each and every one of you for being part of it.
