I am excited to announce that starting on January 15, 2026, I will be having a weekly clinic, on Thursdays, in Hammonds Plains!
My clinic will be located within Arbour Square Osteopathy in the Arbour Square plaza, at the corner of Glen Arbour and Hammonds Plains Road.
Online booking for appointments will be available (for clinic appointments only) and I will post the link for the site very soon!

Hello everyone! Just a friendly reminder with respect to appointments:

- If you need to reschedule an appointment or are looking to book in advance, it is important that you respond to my email, text or phone call to confirm the date and time that is provided
- No appointment will be scheduled unless a confirmation is received
- Appointments are on a first come first serve basis; with that being said I do allow time for a response within a reasonable amount of time
- I do have a wait list and I go in order of when clients were added to the list when an appointment becomes available

If there are any questions, please do not hesitate in reaching out.

August 16 - August 24; vacation
During the times that I am on vacation, if you call, there will be no option to leave a voicemail. Any emails will be responded to on my first day back.

On June 11 I was involved in an MVA (struck from behind by a distracted driver) and as a result I am attending regular physio and Dr. appointments.
While I navigate these next few weeks, there may be a slight change to your appointment time in order for me to attend these appointments. If your appointment time is affected, I will notify you directly of any changes, at least 2 days in advance.

Today is the last day to apply for the Seniors Care Grant! The Grant can be used for health services, household costs (i.e. lawn mowing, snow removal, grocery delivery, small home repairs, etc.) as well as heating costs.
Below is the link for the online application:

The Seniors Care Grant helps low-income seniors with the cost of household services (like lawn care, snow removal, grocery delivery, transportation, small home repairs and phone service), healthcare services (like physiotherapy and mental health support) and home heating.

The Seniors Care Grant is still open for application until March 31, 2025. The Care Grant can be used to help cover the cost of healthcare services, such as foot care.
Eligibility was expanded this year to include people with a household income up to $45,100 versus the previous maximum amount of $37,500.

I am currently on vacation, returning on Monday, July 22/24. My next vacation after this will be from August 9 - August 19/24.
During these times there is no option to leave a voicemail and any emails will be returned upon my first day back after each vacation.
