We 🧡 getting out in nature and connecting! Last week we hosted our first TRAIL TALK on Brookline Trail - an easy, crushed gravel path through the forest along side Black Duck Brook. It was lovely! Sunny the golden joined us bring some fun dog energy and happily the bugs left us alone 🫶🌳

Kids need nervous system regulation too!

There are so many reasons parents might bring their kiddos to us for care. They are always growing, exploring, learning experiencing - that's being a kid! But what about behaviour shifts? Sleep disruptions? Their tummy starts acting up? That's where chiropractic care shines. It's gentle, and helps emotional regulation so they feel like themselves. Last week we a mom brought her young daughter in to begin care and after one adjustment her body just mellowed she said "I didn't want it to end" 🥰 Another mom told us she was amazed how easily her son would slip back into being his normal, shiny self after a week of struggling. We love witnessing how the whole family benefits.

Newborns are the most beautiful reminder of the miracle of life. Less than one week old, in for a check up & extra peace of mind ❤ The BEST way to end my week in practice is with a newborn! I'd go more into why I see babies, and what I'm looking for... but it's Friday and I'll do that another day 😜
