Dr. Amy shares her favourite ways to help sure a restful night sleep!
If you have trouble sleeping - you are definitely not alone. And it's not just about more hours in bed - it's about creating the right conditions so your nervous system can actually power down and reset.
Anyone who knows Dr. Amy is aware that she 💓 sleep and makes it a priority ( even if she's the earliest to bed at the family cottage!)
So we are sharing a few of her sleep related favourites - simple tools and supplements that help calm the body:
