Anyone else listen to Mayim Bialiks podcast, 'Mayim Bialiks Breakdown'? She has some great guests on, and I love that she has a PhD and brings the science into every topic.

This one in particular was super interesting and informative. Took me a few days to listen to the whole thing, a bit at a time, but I'm glad I did. 💜

I believe food is medicine, and I feel obligated as a health care professional to share the scientific research that supports this theory. 🤓
