FUDGY PEPPERMINT BROWNIES
The most decadent, chewy, rich and chocolatey brownies with a hint of peppermint. You won't believe they are GLUTEN FREE. We promise.

INGREDIENTS:
• ½ cup hot melted unsalted butter or coconut oil
• Fudgy Brownie Mix
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp milk (your choice)
• 1 tsp peppermint extract
• 1 crushed peppermint candy-cane

DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Combine ½ cup hot, melted unsalted butter or coconut oil with mix.
3. Stir in 2 eggs, your choice of milk and peppermint extract until well combined. Fold in crushed candy-cane before baking.
4. Scrape into lightly oiled 8” x 8” pan.
5. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
6. Cool in pan for 6 minutes before serving.

15 MINUTE HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN

SERVINGS: 4 servings
PREP TIME: 15 minutes
CALORIES: 280

This honey garlic chicken comes together with just 5 ingredients and 15 minutes, featuring a sweet and savory sauce that’s downright irresistible. Perfect for a busy weeknight dinner—or prep ahead for easy meals all week.

INGREDIENTS
* 2 bell peppers
* 1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
* 1 pkg Honey Garlic Meatball Seasoning
* ¾ cup water
* ½ tbsp honey
* 1 tbsp oil
* Toppings (optional): sliced green onion

DIRECTIONS
1. Chop peppers and chicken into 1” pieces.
2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the chicken to the skillet and brown on one side, about 3 - 4 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, whisk the seasoning, water and honey together until well combined. Set aside.
5. Turn chicken pieces over to begin cooking the other side for 2 - 3 minutes. Add the peppers and cook for additional 1 - 2 minutes until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender crisp.
6. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 more minute or until sauce has just started to thicken.Sauté frequently to ensure chicken and veggies are well coated.
7. Serve immediately, with rice if desired.

Lemon Dilly Chicken Sliders
👥 Serves 6
⏱️ Ready in 10 minutes
🍴 22 grams of protein/serving

Bring these tasty sliders to your next gathering! Customize to your crowd: keep half the sliders basic for the kiddos and add fresh veggie toppings to the rest for the adults to enjoy.

INGREDIENTS
• ¼ cup plain 2% Greek yogurt or sour cream
• 1 ¾ tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix (divided)
• ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
• 1 lb (450g) lean ground chicken
• 12 slider buns or pull-apart dinner rolls
• ¼ cup mayonnaise
Toppings (optional): shredded lettuce, pickles, sliced tomato

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
2. In a large bowl, combine chicken and 1 tbsp dip mix.
3. Turn chicken mixture onto baking pan and press down mixture to flatten to the edges and evenly fill pan.
4. Bake 9–11 min, or until cooked through.
5. Meanwhile, without separating rolls, slice them in half lengthwise to form a top and a bottom sheet of bun halves and sprinkle cheese on top.
6. Bake buns for 5 min, or until slightly toasted and cheese is melted.
7. In a medium bowl, combine remaining ¾ tbsp dip mix with mayonnaise and yogurt.
8. Spread prepared dip over bottom sheet of bun halves. Carefully cover with cooked chicken and additional toppings, if using. Cover with top bun halves. Slice along sides of each bun to portion into individual sliders, or serve on a tray to be pulled apart.
