We are now taking names for our up coming flu clinic in October. Please call our office to have your name added to the list. If we do not answer please leave us a detailed message.

⚠️⚠️THIS IS ONLY AVAILBLE TO DAWN LOWE'S PATIENTS AT THIS TIME.⚠️⚠️

For those who had Dr. O. Ajagbe as a provider you can access the flu shot at participating pharmacies. We have not found a replacement for our clinic as of todays date. Please refer to our recent post for utilization of our healthcare options.
