After a full day of client visits, there’s nothing quite like coming home to the barn to reset my heart and mind.

Tonight was spa night for my girls… brushing out the mud, a little extra love, and of course some well-earned treats — watermelon and pink peppermints for standing so patiently. 🍉✨

This is my kind of therapy. No noise, no rush… just the quiet rhythm of hooves, soft eyes, and unconditional trust.

Grateful for these moments that ground me, refill my cup, and remind me why slowing down matters. 💫💜
