It was a sold out event for IWD in Wolfville hosted by the lovely Kathie Pemberton of IG Weath who is a Rockstar at Devour in Wolville.

There were amazing inspiring speakers and great music and spectacular food!

We don’t just paint.....We are clearing....releasing what is weighing us down

Through intention-setting, intuitive painting, and sound, you release what no longer belongs in your body or your life. And yes, if needed, there’s a ceremonial burn, because sometimes closure needs a little fire to prove it's gone up in smoke. I have burned a painting or two, I got it out of my mind onto paper, and then set that image free.

It seems every Sunday night, there is a storm brewing, so we have pivoted to keep everyone safe and still engaged in a gentle chair yoga and nutrition chat. The class will be on Zoom, and handouts will be sent via email to those who are registered.

It's a great way to keep moving, and we always have a great chat following the class. This series is on nutrient and vitamin pairing and timing.
