***HAND UPDATE***
Cast off day! Oh boy does it feel good to itch and wash my hand again! (No i didn't keep the cast as a keepsake but I did give it a whiff out of curiosity ... I'm sure you can smell the smell through the picture lol)
At this time I am looking at another 2 weeks with buddy taping and a splint. The finger is still rotated out so the buddy taping is to hopefully correct that. No pain at the break site, still some bruising and swelling and everything is feeling very stiff and sore but all in all I'm happy to just be out of the cast and touch my hand again! Focusing on small victories. I'm optimistic yet also being realistic on what's going on. Currently unable to make a fist or bend the fingers. I am hopeful with rehab that will change. Day 1 out of cast = happy hand scrubbing itching day and just enjoying the fresh air on my skin!
I cant thank you all enough for all the well wishes and your continued patience and understanding. You have all been so awesome! Much gratitude to you all 🙏

****HAND UPDATE**** Good news is I didn't need surgery and no pins! 🤗 I've seen the surgeon and have been casted and reset. The bad news is I have this pretty little club tagging along for about 4 weeks. After that I will be in a splint for 2 more. I'm working hard at getting back asap. I'm planning and hoping to be back by September. That being said massages will look a little differently as I will be one handed. I completely understand/encourage you to seek treatment else where during this time if you are in need. If you would like a few referral options please contact me :) I appreciate your patience and understanding as I continue to navigate all of it.

🥳 Giant shout goes out to my friends and family for being absolutely amazing. I love you all so so much! From trips to hospital, long hours of waiting rooms, helping me garden, bringing me yummy treats to phone calls and messages of support and love. I am so truly blessed to have so many amazing people in my life. I love you all beyond words 🥰

***ATTENTION ALL DANIELLE BONDY RMT CLIENTS*** - To all my valued clients, I am terribly sorry to report that I have recently fractured my right hand and will be taking a temporary leave of absence while I await surgery. I will keep those with scheduled appointments informed and appreciate your understanding during this time. My primary focus is on healing this hand up so I can return to work as quickly as I can. Online booking has been disabled at this time so I can navigate a return to work strategy. As you all can assume I am absolutely devastated and living my worst nightmare as an RMT. I will be back better and stronger than ever!
