These 45-minute Full Body workouts are designed for all fitness levels, with modifications always provided in a supportive, coach-led environment.

While these medications can help reduce appetite and support weight loss, many people don’t realize they can also increase the risk of losing muscle along with body fat if strength training and proper nutrition aren’t part of the plan.

Women in perimenopause can lose 8–10% of their total muscle mass in the 3–4 years before going a full year without a cycle.

Muscle is about so much more than aesthetics.

Muscle is one of the primary sites for glucose disposal — meaning it helps pull sugar out of your bloodstream and use it for energy instead of storing it as fat. The more muscle you have, the better your body is at regulating blood sugar, reducing inflammation, and supporting long-term metabolic health.

As estrogen declines, our body becomes less responsive to muscle-building signals. At the same time, cortisol often increases, which can accelerate muscle breakdown and make it harder to maintain strength and lean muscle mass.

This can contribute to:
• Higher blood sugar levels
• Increased inflammation
• Greater cardiovascular disease risk
• Longer recovery times from surgeries
• Increased risk of fractures and loss of independence as we age
