We are all full of light.
Light that no-one can actually see,
but we feel it.
We go through life radiating this light,
and shining it on those we love.
And when someone we love leaves, it’s true,
our world really does fall dark.
Because that light source we couldn’t see,
but we felt,
has gone.

it takes time for them to settle somewhere else.
But I promise you, that light, it shines on us again.
From somewhere very different.

So happy to announce Whispers of Wellness has shown me already, how much more expansive my life experience can be in what I offer in this world, and the potential to be a good business on it's own 😊

Claws and Paws, although an incredible service (that I'll continue for many more years, until I physically cannot)
- the process of trimming pets nails truly stresses everyone involved out... some more mildly and some very extremely (people and pet, alike)

It's not an easy task to convince an instinctual animal to fully cooperate to do something they DISPISE, and trust me they ALL cringe/crumble inside, whether they give me a hard time or not, they entirely hate the process.
I always say, I'm lucky animals like ME because they absolutely hate what I do to them.
And people are so bonded to their pets, a lot of the time it's a real struggle for them to watch their furbabies struggle through it 💔

I felt a strong need, and had many signs the last 4 years that my soul's purpose is being pulled to expand my gifts to another avenue - and very organically, my Reiki Gift and Whispers of Wellness was formed.

Suddenly, I had the balance of the Ying and yang ☯️ effect!

But, I was struggling with the notion that I was charging for this service, because deep down I wish I didn't have to... just simply for the purity of this form of healing I am gifting during a Reiki session, it genuinely sits profoundly within my heart, as a gift.
So, it felt weird to ask for or take money.

But in our current reality, we all have to make a living with our limited time.

Creating a livelihood and legacy where I can create income from home, LOVING and helping others on their healing journeys, is just incredible.

A very wise 80 year old Reiki Master, and good friend told me I need to put that worry or doubt aside and be grateful that I have figured out a way to serve with my time and energy to help others, but also help provide for my family's needs...Embrace it. So, I will.

🤩 Meet the Reiki Practioner 💫

Sarah has always been an avid lover of people and animals 🐾
She has a background in pet grooming, pet retail, animal care and nutrition and has owned and operated her Mobile Pet Service Business, Claws and Paws for over 5.5 years!

Sarah has now expanded her skillset to include wellness services 🙏

As she has always sensed the positivity or goodness in those she meets, she honours the light within each loving being and seeks to help balance and integrate much needed wellness into the lives of those two legged and four 💙

With big dreams to eventually offer different modalities of holistic healing as time goes on, she currently offers Reiki Sessions and a space for meditation 🧘‍♀️
She first started November 2023 with completing a Reiki Energy Healing course Level 1 and aquired her Reiki Attunement and Level 2 Reiki Certification February 2024.
Since then, she has spent time on self Reiki and getting comfortable in her technique.

Now, she's excited to share her gift to help others aquire a sense of peace in knowing they are proactively working with their God-Given energy and bringing a balance to their soul.

Sarah is looking forward to meeting so many more new clients this New Year 🌟

Reiki and Therapeutic Touch are both energy therapies that promote relaxation and well-being, but they differ in their training procedures and philosophic basis:

Reiki
A non-invasive Japanese technique that uses light touch or no direct physical contact to help restore the body's natural energy flow. The National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (.gov) categorizes Reiki as a biofield and energy therapy.

Therapeutic Touch
A practice that uses the "laying on of hands" technique to correct or balance energy fields. The practitioner's hands usually hover over the body, but may touch it lightly depending on their training. Therapeutic Touch is based on the theory that the body, mind, and emotions form a complex energy field.

Both Reiki and Therapeutic Touch can help:
Enhance relaxation
Improve well-being
Boost a person's self-healing abilities
Heal wounds
Reduce pain
Lessen anxiety
