3. Participate in Quiet Activities
Calming your mind after a stressful day can be difficult, and falling into the routine of mindless scrolling on your phone seems to be the new norm. Its important to show yourself some love everyday. For some it may be taking a bath or showering, doing skincare, or even as simple as brushing your teeth and washing your face. Doing one selfcare activity a day can brighten mood, alleviate anxiety, and weaken depression.
