✨Writing prompt # 10! ✨Take a mindful moment.
Take a moment to breathe, feeling the air rush into your lungs, your chest, your stomach... Pick a place you feel your breath and connecting with the sensation of the air in your body. Do this for a few minutes.
Now, pen to paper, write about how you imagine your life changing if you experienced it more mindfully. Would it change? Would you notice? What does mindful living mean to you?
