✨Writing prompt # 10! ✨Take a mindful moment.

Take a moment to breathe, feeling the air rush into your lungs, your chest, your stomach... Pick a place you feel your breath and connecting with the sensation of the air in your body. Do this for a few minutes.

Now, pen to paper, write about how you imagine your life changing if you experienced it more mindfully. Would it change? Would you notice? What does mindful living mean to you?

🖋Where is your anxiety? Take a moment to sit and connect with that feeling of anxiety. It may feel like the anxiety is purely thought, but your body is being activated. Take into account how your body reacts to those thoughts.

Imagine your right hand is filled with kindness; the kindness you share with others close to you, to the world around you, and even yourself. Place your right hand on the spot where you feel that anxiety (you can also hover your hand if it's too much to touch it). Make room for the feeling.

Prompt: Where was your anxiety? What did it feel like? Warm, tense, fluttering... What was it like to show kindness to that part of your body?

Connecting with your body can be helpful for neurodivergent people to become more introspective!
