Join Virginia for this one-day retreat. Together, with some special guests we will move with care, soak in inspirational and empowering talks, nourish our bodies with wholesome, nutrient-rich food, and finally melt into deep relaxation with a hot stone and sound bath immersion.

Itinerary:

This retreat eases you into the day with a wellness circle, mindful movement and a grounding meditation to tap into your inner calm. This is followed with an uplifting and empowering Talk With Pam Rocca, followed by a wellness chat with Dr. Jody Snider (ND) on hormone balance and the nervous system.

After all that goodness, we enjoy a healthy meal that fuels the body and mind.

We seal out the day with a transformational class called Hot Stone FUSION. This class is our signature 2-Hour Stress Release Experience designed by Vicki Tree with hot stones and sound immersion with MJ Crawford. It begins with 30 minutes of gentle hip and back movement to release emotional tension. Then surrender to deep relaxation with warm stones, healing sound, and meditation woven throughout. It's the ultimate preparation for full-body and mind reset.

This retreat is a sacred pause — a day to slow down, feel, release, and reset.
