Hi there, as we start to thing of spring and more time outdoors I wanted to share a passion project of mine here with you.

I found myself often meeting women who lack a community that wants to explore more, be more brave with their outdoor adventures, and seek more connection. Myself included 😉

So with the help of my friend Marie we have created a community to give opportunity and encouragement to get out into the beautiful wilderness areas around Winnipeg.

Right now we focus on a group hike every full moon. Walking through the forest while the moon rises and lights our path.

Combine equal parts
- Sunflower Seeds
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Flax Seeds
- Sesame Seeds

Aim to eat 2 tbsp a day. Add to salads, yogurt, or whatever you fancy!
