Just a couple tablespoons of seeds a day can support your body's hormone production. I use this as one part of my self-care to prevent hormonal migraines.

Combine equal parts
- Sunflower Seeds
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Flax Seeds
- Sesame Seeds

Aim to eat 2 tbsp a day. Add to salads, yogurt, or whatever you fancy!

I am so excited to welcome in Lavigne Naturals to both the Willow Therapies Facial Reflexology, Zone Face Lift, and Holistic Facial services - as well as our lil' retail space in Headingley, MB.

LaVigne Natural Skincare is Vancouver-made vegan beauty brand, owned and led by mother-daughter team, Linda Zaurrini and Jennifer Geneve. They share my priority of choosing natural, vegan, cruelty free skincare made in Canada.
