🥀Several years ago I began my journey on this healing path. I apparently "had it all" according to society. I had a good man in my life, a nice house, a career, I had health and independence.

🥀One day as I drove to my "this is it" job, with all the benefits and pension plan and 3 weeks vacation a year, I felt absolutely trapped. I couldn't wrap my head around the fact that my life wasn't mine - it belonged to an institution that determined when I got up, when I ate and when I could have a day to myself to actually live MY life.

🥀Something was wrong. But I ignored it. Because this is what I WANTED RIGHT!? I Wanted the job security, I wanted the dependable cash flow, I wanted the benefits. And my soul kept suffering, suffocating.

🥀Until one day, on my way to my "this is it" job, I realised I was an anxious mess. I was starting to be depressed. When was the last time I felt happy? When was the last time I didn't feel dread about having to do all the things in my life I apparently "wanted"?

🥀I ended up getting a Life Activation which further led me to initiation in the lineage of King Solomon. And my mind, my matrix began to crumble.

🥀WHY was I doing this!? Why was I just giving my life away for all these insane illusions of safety and security? Why was I dedicating all of my PRECIOUS time to someone else!? To a corporation, an agency, someone else's business or dream? What about my DREAMS? What about my PURPOSE?

🥀Then I realized I had been lied to. I didn't want this life at all. I wanted freedom. I wanted to be the creator of my life. I didn't want to have to ask permission for a day off. And my soul began to churn, re-awaken from a forced slumber and of slavery and suffering.

🥀I decided that I wasn't going to live that life anymore. I decided to live life on my terms! I decided to become the creator my own life.

🥀I quite my job, I went through a long period of transformation and started the process of creating MY DREAMS and living out MY PURPOSE.

🥀I started to feel ALIVE. I started to feel joy everyday. I started to travel the world and I started to love.

🥀The amount of anxiety and depression and burnouts happening right now is absolutely mind blowing. My heart aches for the people trapped in their "this is it, this is what I want" jobs, when I know they have a much bigger reason for being here.

🥀But how do you know what you want?

🥀 I'll tell you!

🥀You know what you want by how it makes you feel - over time.

🥀If it continuously brings you happiness, excitement, joy, anticipation - it's what you want.

🥀If it continuously brings you anxiety, depression, dread and stress - then its not what you want. Regardless of how your mind is trying to JUSTIFY it.

Healing. There is no better time than now.

What does healing mean? What does it look like?

The healing journey is unique to everyone, as our purpose on this planet is. Healing is the process of coming back to self. Coming home. As my personal journey progresses, I see more and more the pain and turmoil people are in. It's sad and it's devastating. Yet I also see people continuously choosing to stay there. Continually living their patterns and cycles over and over again.

I challenge myself to choose different everyday. I want to challenge you to chose different too.

The world is in Chaos. It's been a challenge to stay grounded throughout all that has happened and is happening.

When I found myself getting wrapped up in strong emotional responses to circumstances that were out of my control, I'd bring my awareness back to myself, my life and the things that I could control.

The biggest thing I learned through this process was that if you want to help the world, start by fixing yours. Start by eliminating the chaos in your life and most importantly, in your mind. This will help the world become a more peaceful place. Ask yourself if the thoughts/ emotions, etc. you have either help the world, or continue to perpetuate negativity, chaos and drama.

If you're looking for a way to help the world. To help change the state of our society, to start bringing light into our current global, social and national issues - start with you.
