Hello everyone! We will be having group dip tonight at John's Cove Beach @ 6:15pm meet up 6:25 in the water. I WILL be brining the SaunaDog rental Sauna for 🥶 Cold/Hot 🔥 contrast therapy and it will be setup and hot for 7pm. Hope to see everyone there!!!
