Hi everyone, I just wanted to quickly introduce myself and tell you a bit about the origin story of how The Beaded Lady came to be💚

My name is Jessica, I’m a 25 year old mom, wife and lifelong resident of the Grande Prairie area!

What initially started as a small project during my maternity leave in 2023 - creating a sun catcher for my window to keep birds from flying into it - turned into a full blown passion for making all sorts of beaded creations, my favourite being the beaded insects.

With the support of family and friends, I continued to grow and refine my skills, then came “The Beaded Lady” I wanted a name that was catchy and memorable just like the products I was creating!

The Beaded Lady has grown from a personal passion into a small business rooted in creativity, sustainability, and appreciation for the “odd and beautiful.” I’m so grateful to everyone who’s supported me along the way, whether you’ve bought a piece, shared a post, or just stopped to admire the work. 💫

Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner Giveaway 🦃🍂

If you or someone you know in the Spirit River community is in need of a turkey dinner for Thanksgiving, please text me or send me a DM. I will draw names on Friday evening and deliver on Saturday/Sunday.

Turkey, stuffing, potatoes, veggies, pie and whipped cream will all be included (uncooked 😆)
