In 2018, I had the unstoppable urge to take the Raynor Naturopathic Massage training even though I had no background in holistic work. Little did I know it would be the exact modality needed to release so much rage from my body and start healing my own ancestral lines. Now I help my clients do the same thing.

Have a pain in your neck? Another way to deal with it is through your foot. Press firmly along the top of your foot, and if you find sore spots, hold them firmly and breathe. Notice the sore spot goes down. Do both feet and notice how your neck feels better.

To everyone who came out to the November sound baths, Im sending out a big THANK YOU!!. Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to come and try something new, and discover the transformative power of sound It was so wonderful to see you all ❤️ The November sessions were all about gathering up all the fragments of ourselves and coming back to peace and calm.

The next public soundbath will be a breathwork and soundbath event on December 21st, The Solstice. This will be all about releasing all that you're ready to release. Whether it's the year you've had, relationships, grudges... whatever you're ready to release, so you can move into a new year free and unencumbered. The class will be up soon.

You guys! I had to show you Joy's cards! Seriously, when she was here and she showed me the fairy card, I was blown away that she had created something so beautiful with petals, leaves, tendrils, and bark. I had never seen it before and I don't know how I missed it!

After she left, I went onto her Etsy page and ordered my Christmas cards and a few others. But particularly the fairy card! Too me, it's over the top gorgeous.
