Northwest Health Foundation The Northwest Health Foundation is one of 64 Foundation & Health Trust Partners committed to help drive innovation in Alberta Health Services health care.

Our Foundation works diligently to gather community support, develop partnerships and raise critically needed funds to further enhance the care delivered to patients and families in our norther communities of Fort Vermilion, High Level, Paddle Prairie, and Rainbow Lake. Our Mission is to improve the health and wellness in the area 1.
