Take a night just for you.

You’ll be immersed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls—gentle frequencies that invite peace, inner quiet, and reconnection with yourself. This experience supports your nervous system, helping you release stress and return to a place of calm.
The session will last approximately 60–75 minutes.

You’ll be lying down for an extended period of time, so bring what you need to feel cozy and supported:
a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, water bottle—whatever helps you settle in and fully let go.
