Did you know that effective March 31, 2023 that First Aid - Part 11 in the OHS Code will be changing. This means that workplace First Aid Kits must now meet CSA Standard. I am working on making conversion kits that will bring your Alberta # 2 kit up to the new CSA standard. (Hope to have these made up in mid Feb)

That being said, PaceSetter Fire & Safety is having a **SALE** on our in stock Alberta # 2 first aid kits. We have both soft case and Metal case kits.

These will still be great to have in your personal vehicle, house, camper, boat, quad, etc. Soft Kit price is now $35 + GST and Metal kit $45 + GST. Please message or call with any questions 780-507-3743.

We finally received our KN95 masks. We did order some extras if anyone is looking for a mask. The price is $6 each. 😷

MASKS
PaceSetter Fire & Safety has the opportunity to order KN95 masks next week. KN95 masks are not approved to sell as medical device in Canada. These are for INDUSTRIAL USE ONLY. Unfortunately since Covid-19 masks have become more expensive by 300% so the cost would be $6.25 per mask. PaceSetter as a supplier would have to order an minimum of 50 masks. I will only order masks if I have enough interest in them as this is a large expense for us. Unfortunately once thought to be rare, Ticks in the province of Alberta are now on the rise and are a growing concern! PaceSetter Fire & Safety now carries Tick Removal kits so you can get rid of ticks safely and quickly. This kit contains all the tools you need to remove, record and submit a tick for identification.

Tick Kits are $15.00 each

“While most ticks don’t cause serious health problems, it’s important to remove a tick immediately to avoid potential infection or diseases and submit for testing”

What a whirlwind November has been - PaceSetter Fire & Safety has changed owners! I would like to thank everyone for their support over the last 5 years. What a great community we have!

I would also like to introduce the new owner - Joseph Starko. He has been in business in High Prairie for many years with Attack and now will be providing fire extinguisher services and expanding PaceSetter to include kitchen suppression system maintenance also.
